The Laboratory for Innovative Technology in Education (LITE) provides pre-service teachers with access to a wide range of educational technology tools designed to support hands-on learning and instructional practice. These tools are available for in-lab exploration and, in many cases, can be checked out for use during clinical experiences.

To explore available resources or submit a request, please visit our Online Inventory and Tool Request System. On the left side of the site, select the “Item List” option. Make sure you filter the “Program” option to display tools available at “APTAT Demo Site: University of Alabama. Once you have submitted a request to check out a tool in the system, contact Dr. James Hardin, who will then facilitate the process.
