At the Laboratory for Innovative Technology in Education (LITE), learning goes beyond lectures and textbooks. Through hands-on workshops, interactive training sessions, collaborative projects, and real-world classroom experiences, our pre-service educators gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to integrate technology meaningfully into teaching and learning. LITE provides opportunities for future teachers to explore emerging instructional technologies, develop innovative teaching practices, and apply their learning in authentic educational settings.

Through field experiences, internships, and student teaching placements, teacher candidates apply the skills and technologies they have explored in LITE to create engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences for P-12 students.
